I believe that fitness should be accessible and manageable for everyone and not overwhelming. As a 55 year old woman, I know that our bodies change as we age, and our exercise needs certainly do too! I love bite sized workouts that are quick but work. I offer short dumbbell only/no equipment workouts that work with anyone’s schedule.

I have been working in the fitness industry for over 20 years, but a fitness fan long before that - I started taking “aerobics” classes as a teenager and was hooked ;) ! I’ve taught group exercise classes at GoodLife Fitness in Canada since 2004, certified in Les Mills disciplines for strength/barbell training and core, barre, low impact cardio classes, Jillian Michaels HIIT and specialty team training, and also a team leader and mentor to many instructors over the years.
When the pandemic hit, I started teaching free daily online classes which continued for almost 2 years and still continue sharing mini-workouts on Instagram. I love teaching and coaching fitness, and helping women in particular feel good about their bodies and get stronger. There’s no doubt that fitness, mobility and strength have a huge impact on our quality of life as we age.

I like that these workouts are more "gentle" than the arm exercises usually shown and with a lighter weight. My upper back muscles always are screaming when I've done other routines.
